On February 22, 2022, Governor Kathy Hochul signed into law S.8084-A/A.9283-A, the Adult-Use Conditional Cultivator license, authorizing previously licensed hemp farmers in the state of New York to apply for a conditional license to grow flower in New York’s legal and newly regulated recreational Adult-use Industry.
The application window for the Adult-Use Conditional Cultivator License closed in the summer of 2022, so you must have completed your application precisely to avoid delays and have been successfully processed.
